Why there's no universal answer
"Units" only mean something once you know mL per unit, and mL only convert to mg once you know your vial's concentration. Compounded tirzepatide is prepared by individual pharmacies, and they don't all use the same concentration — one pharmacy's 5 mg/mL vial and another's 17 mg/mL vial need completely different draws for the exact same mg dose. There is no fixed "units per mg" you can memorize; the concentration on your specific vial's label is what the math runs on.

How to read your vial label
