Why there's no universal answer
"Units" convert to mL only through your syringe (100 units per mL on a U-100), and mL convert to mg only through your vial's concentration. Compounded semaglutide is prepared by individual pharmacies at different strengths — a 1 mg/mL vial and a 5 mg/mL vial need completely different draws for the same mg dose. There's no fixed units-per-mg to memorize; the concentration on your label is the number the math runs on.
